Bonnie’s work in a hospice forty years ago has converged with her current practice as a palliative nursing sister, Soul Carer and Matron at Dolphin Coast Nursing Home in Kenton on Sea. Bonnie’s life experience and scholarly reflective practice have been foundational in her work with the dying, aged and people who have dementia.

Bonnie’s work includes the palliative care team being called upon for end of life support, counselling and walking alongside the families of those who are facing life-threatening illnesses.

Bonnie’s work as a Soul Carer is informed by her contemplative, ecumenical spiritual practice, writing, and meaningful outdoor activities.
